MXDoc respects the intellectual property of others. This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or MXDoc. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing use of the Services (subject to the surviving terms set forth herein). MXDoc also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Services, if in MXDoc’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.


MXDoc’s failure to enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms of Service will not constitute a waiver of MXDoc’s right to subsequently enforce such a provision or any other provision of this Agreement, nor will any delay or omission on the part of MXDoc to exercise or take advantage of any right or remedy that MXDoc has or may have hereunder, operate as a waiver of any right or remedy.
